The LIGHTECH busbar trunking consists of an external structure (casing, also used as a protective conductor) in extruded aluminium and a series of copper wires (conductors) co-extruded in a sheath of self-extinguishing 'halogen free' thermoplastic material duly installed inside the casing. The quality of the materials used makes LIGHTECH busbar trunking particularly suitable for installation in aggressive environments. The material used for the conductors is a pure copper ETP 99.9. The extruded aluminium alloy casing guarantees a weight loss compared to busbar trunking ducts made of galvanised sheet metal. Mainly used for power distribution, the element is supplied with branch outlets on one side. In the case of the 'double' conduit, the sockets are on both sides.
